It offers an NPN open-collector output (100 mA, short-circuit and reverse-polarity protected) with light-on/dark-on changeover switch, 1,000 Hz switching frequency and 0.5 ms response time, powered by 10-30 V DC at under 20 mA no-load with 2 m fixed cable.
